You won’t be just a number here—you’ll be part of the core team that keeps our trucks and customers running strong.
The role:
As a Dispatcher, you are the hub of our operation. You’ll keep in touch with drivers, line up loads, and make sure freight moves safely and on time. Your communication and problem‑solving skills will help drivers, customers, and the rest of the team succeed every day.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule and coordinate pick‑ups and deliveries for our trucks and carrier partners
- Talk with drivers all day—give them load info, directions, and updates
- Track loads from start to finish and jump on any delays or issues that pop up
- Plan and adjust routes to keep trucks moving efficiently and safely
- Keep customers updated on ETAs, changes, and any service issues
- Enter notes, check calls, and documents into our dispatch system
- Work closely with the rest of the office in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in trucking, freight, or dispatch is a big plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Strong communicator on the phone, by text, and email
- Comfortable with computers and learning dispatch/TMS systems
- Organized and able to juggle multiple loads, drivers, and details at once
- Steady under pressure and good at solving problems on the fly
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and able to work on‑site in our Edmore, MI office
Schedule and location:
- On‑site at: 1398 Industrial Park Drive, Edmore, MI 48829
- Full‑time, Our office is open 24/7/365
