Every time someone joins Every Step, we try to take their photo on the 1st day. This picture of Ryan was taken 8.5 months ago. We had help move his grandparents twice and his dad reached out and said his son was looking for work before he went to dental school the next fall.

It's fun to look back on this photo, and think about the way Ryan, and the rest of our team grew in such a short period of time. We are closer now, more consistent, more disciplined, and always showing up with a positive attitude. Ryan displayed these qualities each and every day. I can't think of one time he didn't radiate positivity!

Ryan, thanks for leaving the team stronger than you found it! Can't wait to watch you succeed on your next step! 🦷

Every home cleanout is a chance to give back!

We are proud to donate 4 saxophones and a set of percussion instruments to Director Jenn Smercina and the Clearview High School Band Program 🎷🥁

At Every Step Seniors, we believe good, gently-used items deserve a second life — not a landfill. Whenever we can, we look for ways to pass things along to schools, shelters, and local organizations that can use them.

Grateful for all of the opportunities we have to give back to the community!

Downsizing can be emotional, but it also marks an exciting new beginning! For this cheerful 2-bedroom move in Westlake, we packed, moved, and set up everything, ensuring each item found its perfect place. We took special care with furniture, like assembling a decorative mirror and securing wobbly chair legs.

Seeing the transformed rooms ready for new memories makes it all worthwhile! We’re grateful to help make these transitions easier and more joyful for seniors and their families.
