One of my favorite emails to receive is the one telling me that my donation is on its way to help a patient in need. It’s a quiet reminder that something so small in my day can become something life‑changing in someone else’s. I’ve given for years—my first time was in high school. This is my 32nd donation, and I’ll give for as long as I’m able.

Giving—however and whenever you can—is one of the most meaningful ways we show up for each other. In moments of need, our support becomes someone’s strength, someone’s hope, someone’s second chance.

It is windy, it is dry, and it is time for the Great Pine Needle Drop Off event! Beginning April 3rd in Railroad Springs, the City will be placing roll off dumpsters for the collection of pine needles only! I measure my pine needle loads in trailers full, but now’s YOUR chance to clean up and clear out.
