MENTORS: Please Submit Your Mentor Update Forms!

Thank you for your continued support of our program. We would like to remind all of our mentors that mentor updates submitted via our Pilot Portal serve as a critical function of the integrity of our program, allowing us to track the status of mentor/mentee pairings in realtime.

Recently, we have noticed an uptick in the amount of mentors failing to submit mentor update forms in the expected timeline.

As a reminder, Mentor Responsibilities include the following:

- Maintain consistent communication with mentees.
- At a minimum check in on your mentee and the progress of their flight training/instructing every 30 days
- Submit Mentor Update Forms at least once every 90 days

Submit your mentor update form in 5 minutes or less!

1. Login to our portal at https://memberportal.theppot.org/
2. Click "Submit Mentor Update"
3. Add your pairing details! If there are no updates associated with your mentee, please simply state so in the form.

As always, we are incredibly grateful to our volunteer mentors for sharing their time, expertise, and experience amongst the members in our program.

With that being said,

In an effort to maintain the integrity of our program, mentors who do not submit the expected mentor update forms via our pilot portal may be subject to removal from our program.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email [email protected].

Once again, we appreciate your support and we thank you for your continued participation with our program.

Sincerely,
PPOT Leadership Team
