Chips Transport is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our small, family-owned vehicle transport company.

This is a fast-paced role focused on coordinating drivers, managing daily schedules, communicating with customers, and helping keep our vehicle transport operations running smoothly.

The right person is organized, comfortable on the phone, strong with details, and able to manage moving pieces throughout the day.

Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service is strongly preferred.

🚨 We’re hiring a Dispatcher.

We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our small, family-owned vehicle transport company based in Foxboro, MA.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. A positive attitude and strong customer focus are key — our customers are always the priority.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Create, develop, and update driver/dispatch schedules daily
• Communicate dispatch instructions clearly to drivers
• Provide accurate ETAs to customers
• Comprehend and share accurate routing/mapping information with drivers
• Coordinate with drivers on pick-up and delivery times
• Enter jobs accurately into our system
• Build and load both local trucks and long-distance carriers
• Handle a high volume of phone communication throughout the day

🔹Qualifications:
• Dispatch and customer service experience required (2+ years minimum)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload
• Understanding of DOT regulations is a plus
