The last few days (minus yesterday), we worked on quite a few sensitive jobs, therefore, no pictures. Each of these jobs tugged hard on our heart strings. They all involved families in turmoil and some with physical health conditions that leads to not being able to even pick up a full trash bag.

Sure, we can throw things in a truck to haul away, but that's only part of it. Taking the time to listen to the reasons behind the action is a major piece. I always say, WE ARE NOT THUGS. WE CARE. Most times it is true junk that we are taking away. Sometimes it's someone's life story.

To our customers, thank you for your trust. 🫂

I leave you with father and son of the Waggy Tail Boys, Jerry and Charlie Brown. They have the best life of all.

It's another fabulous Monday! That means we'll be practicing our trash tossing for the Olympics again! Look at that form! 🤣

Every Monday we pick up residential trash and recycling for long term and short term properties in Franconia, Easton and Sugar Hill.

Good morning my beautiful junk peeps!

We are at again today! We are finishing up a trash and treasure purge that we started yesterday at a property that's going to be repainted.

Then, we are traveling down the road to remove a pile of junk that our customers couldn't fit in their dumpster so this property can be listed for sale.

This week we also removed a well used mattress and boxspring for a repeat customer, and cleaned out a gorgeous porch that will now live another life of maybe hosting beautiful summer gatherings and lounging? Well, that's what I'd do.

We have also been adding more treasures for our yardsale fundraiser event for the Bethlehem Community Dinner. We are so excited for this event on June 6th! We are not accepting donated items for this event. We have plenty.

Good morning my beautiful junk peeps!

We've been on the road knocking out jobs, making new friends 🧡, doing free estimates and saving treasures from landfills!

We also put aside several items from jobs to go into the yardsale fundraiser we are having for the Bethlehem Community Dinner on June 6th from 10am-4pm. 100% of funds collected will be given to BCD!

Two Thursdays ago, I vistited Bethlehem Community Dinner to get a meal and learn more about these weekly meals. First of all, I was greeted by cheerful volunteer staff. The tables were filled with community members laughing, having conversations and eating meals that were carefully planned and lovingly prepared by the volunteer staff. BCD feeds approximately 105 each Thursday. Each meal is free, but if you feel that you can donate a buck or two that's always welcomed, but not a mandatory.

⭐️These dinners are offered every Thursday from 5pm-6pm.
⭐️BCD offers sit down meals or take out.
⭐️Gluten-free options are available.
⭐️All are welcome.

Remember, our yardsale fundraiser for BCD is Saturday, June 6th from 10am-4pm. We are excited and proud to help raise funds to keep this weekly community gathering ongoing.

Venmo and cash will be accepted.

Good morning my beautiful junk peeps!

Thanks for the love yesterday! You wonder, how did I celebrate our 3 year anniversary?

5:30am mentally awake

6am- office work

8am-10:30am- slinging trash for our trash route.

11am-4pm work at J.L. Salvage antiques, vintage & more
4pm-5:30pm adding more new to us inventory to our shelves for next Sunday.

5:45pm Do a free estimate walk through for a basement clean up.

6:15pm-7:05pm- eat dinner and catch up on business phone calls, emails & texts at my "office table" in the Littleton Co-op eating area.

7:10pm Remove all the trash from the Littleton Opera House for Theatre Ups' latest performance, The Titanic.

8:45pm arrive home.

10pm 🛌

The life of a Junk Lady is glamorous 😆. I wouldn't trade it for anything. 💛💜

Today's a new day with new adventures!
The sun is shining!
