Thankful to Imperial Media for this amazing aerial view of Carroll Creek in Frederick, featuring the William O. Lee, Jr. Bridge. This photograph is featured on the landing page at https://themajorlist.com.

Mr. Lee, depicted in the photographed plaque, served the Frederick community in many capacities. He was known as an educator to many, a Frederick City Alderman from 1986 through 1994, and a leader in a number of Frederick-based organizations.
