Our first Mountain View Fireside Social takes off this Saturday evening! Depart from the historic Frostburg Depot and railbike nearly 8 miles to our mountainside oasis to enjoy a campfire, s’mores, c***r and whatever you may choose to bring along!. We’ll hang around the fire about an hour, meet new friends, sing a long to some classic songs, watch a vintage dinner train pass by then take a short walk up the trail to the awaiting shuttle bus to get us back to the starting point.

Grab your ticket for Marylands only Bike Train experience! Ride the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad from Cumberland to Frostburg and when you arrive, your bike or a rental will be waiting for you. Grab some lunch at The Tunnel Hotel across the street before riding The Great Allegheny Passage 16 miles downhill back to Cumberland! A day of adventure in Mountain Maryland.

This morning we had the pleasure of hosting a group of WVU retirees on our Queen City Combo excursion . They traveled over from Morgantown this morning on a coach bus, rode the rails 15 + miles to Cumberland then returned to Frostburg aboard the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Frostburg Flyer. They took their bus up to Main st to find lunch, shop & explore a bit before hitting the highway back to Wild, Wonderful West Virginia! Go Mountaineers!!!

While most of town rolls up the carpet for Labor Day, we work! Tracks and Yaks, Tunnel Hotel and Trail Inn Cafe, Wonder & Whisk Bakehouse and Angie in Mountain Maryland welcomed hundreds of guests to Frostburg today and provided the fun, the food and the fond memories! It’s a labor of love! Thanks for joining us y’all!
