Our Idaho management team recently came together for Leadership Training focused on listening, learning, collaborating, and growing together.

We had the opportunity to hear from outstanding speakers who challenged us to think differently, strengthen our leadership skills, and continue building a culture of teamwork and success.

A special thank you to Rich Carl for leading this training. The experience, insight, and wisdom he shared will help us become better managers, stronger teammates, and more effective leaders as we prepare for our next campaign.

Investing in our people is one of the best ways we can invest in our future.

Another project is rolling in for Team Green.

Our Red River Valley Division started hauling precast this week for the Harwood Data Center project. This haul will keep our team moving through September 1st, and we’re proud to have Transystems equipment and drivers supporting another major project in our region.

Thank you to our RRV team for getting this project started safely and efficiently. We’re looking forward to a strong haul ahead.

Last month, our Red River Valley and Renville, MN Project Managers and Senior Management Team came together in East Grand Forks, MN for Leadership Training focused on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Led by Rich Carl, the session challenged our leaders to think about how we communicate with our teams, support one another, and work more effectively across the division.

Rich did a tremendous job engaging the group, sparking meaningful discussion, and helping our leaders walk away with ideas they can carry into next season.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the conversation. Strong leadership starts with a willingness to learn, listen, and keep improving together.

We appreciate the consistency, the problem-solving, and the pride you bring to your roles every day.

And to those who are part of our admin team but not pictured here, this recognition is for you as well. We’re grateful for everything you do.
