We came to The Landscape Show ready to talk transportation.

We came to The Landscape Show with one goal:

And Orlando delivered.

Over the past several days, we’ve had the opportunity to sit down with growers, nursery owners, sales teams and family-owned businesses from throughout Florida and across the country.

Some were relationships we’ve been developing for months.

Some started with an introductory phone call before the show.

And some began with nothing more than a handshake and a conversation on the show floor.

But every conversation taught us something.

As Happy Days Logistics continues expanding our agricultural transportation network into Florida and throughout the East Coast, we’re leaving Orlando with an even clearer understanding of what our customers need:

Next week, Happy Days Logistics will be attending The Landscape Show 2026 in Orlando, Florida.

But we’re not simply going to attend another trade show.

We’re going to listen.

What if success isn’t about how you start… but how faithful you are with what you start with?

Yesterday I had the privilege of touring McLamb Nursery.

Their story is one I’ll never forget.

In 1966, Mr. McLamb started with nothing more than a wheelbarrow, a shovel, and four plants.

Today, that same vision has grown into more than 700 acres.

Walking through the nursery reminded me that lasting businesses aren’t built overnight. They’re built one decision, one season, one customer, and one act of faithfulness at a time.

As the owner of Happy Days Logistics, stories like this inspire me.

We’re still building.

We’re still learning.

We’re still investing in the relationships that have trusted us from the beginning.

🌧️ Sometimes, the greatest reminders come in the middle of a storm.

Yesterday, while traveling to visit two of our long-time nursery partners—Plant Works Nursery and Hoffman Nursery—in Rougemont, North Carolina, the skies opened up.

After months of drought, the rain was more than a change in the weather. It was a reminder that growth doesn’t happen by accident. Seeds must be planted, relationships must be nurtured, and both require consistent care over time.

That same philosophy guides us at Happy Days Logistics.

We’re committed to investing in the relationships we’ve built with the growers who have trusted us over the years. Every visit, every phone call, every shipment, and every conversation is another opportunity to strengthen those partnerships.

As the rain brings new life back to the fields, we’re looking forward to supporting our nursery and Christmas tree customers through another successful season.

Today we had the opportunity to visit Chatham Tree Farm in Siler City, North Carolina.

As we walked the property, one thing stood out immediately: this is a farm being built with purpose. Every field, every tree, and every decision reflects a long-term commitment to quality and growth.
