Now that Easter 2026 has come to an end, it’s time to start dreaming about how you can spend Easter 2027… in Rome, Italy 🇮🇹✨

Imagine standing in St. Peter’s Square as the Pope delivers his blessing, walking through ancient ruins of the Empire that stood during the time of Jesus, and witnessing history, faith, and culture come together in an unforgettable way.

I traveled there in 2022, and it was truly incredible. My only mistake? Not planning at least 6 months in advance. People from all over the world gather in Rome for this sacred weekend, and spots fill up quickly! I wasn’t even able to go to the Sistine Chapel and lucked out with the Colosseum!

Fort Boyard — commissioned by Louis XIV to create a straight line artillery fortification between ile d’Aix and ile d’Oléron. However, it was abandoned due to logistical issues and finished under Napoleon where it was used as a military prison. Today, the fort is used for the TV game series, Fort Boyard. You can only visit the exterior and by boat.
In the next two years, it will be restored to the original design plans of Louis XIV. Can’t wait to see its restoration and the changes made.

Just absolutely in love with sunsets 😍 the beauty and peace they bring is truly unmatched (maybe a sunrise could match it ☺️). Some of my favorite sunsets have been in Ronce les Bains, France. Encouraging everyone to chase a sunset or sunrise 🤪

Dunedin was designed with a strong Scottish influence and boasts impressive architecture. I was drawn to the city for the castles, gardens, and wildlife, but I stayed for the alleyway murals scattered throughout the streets. Dunedin was incredible and well worth a trip to New Zealand to experience this historic city for yourself.
