mailing, or by sending a message on Facebook, though you may reach me faster by emailing, sending a Facebook message or via text. My business days are Monday – Saturday. For phone contact, please call and leave a message and your call will be returned within 1 business day. Messages are checked Monday - Saturday after 7pm EST.
3. Do your items come from a smoke and pet-free home? My items come from a smoke-free home. I have a small short-haired dog named Elmo, my silent partner, but he is not permitted to enter my work station.
4. For local orders (within the Hampton Roads area), how do I receive my order? We will meet at a local public place.
5. Do you ship your items upon request both locally and within the US? Shipping cost varies by your shipping method of choice and the weight of your package.
6. Do you ship internationally? I do not ship items internationally.
7. If I send a picture or pattern of an item, would you be able to work off of that to create my item? Yes, I can work off of both pictures and patterns.
8. What type and quality of yarn do you use? I use various brands of cotton and acrylic yarn. The choice is up to you when you place an order. The materials I use are very durable and long-lasting. It is important to take proper care of your items.
9. What is your turnaround time? Each item is custom and made to order. When you make contact to inquire about an item or place an order, you will be given an estimate based on the current workload. Items are made on a first come first serve basis; therefore, I create a list. When you are next on the list, you will be contacted so that you are informed that your order is being processed.
10. What payment methods do you accept? I accept payment via PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards), money orders, CashApp and cash. I do not accept personal or certified checks.
11. Do I pay in full when I place an order or is a deposit required? A 50% deposit is required for the following:
-blankets
-hats with graphics
-when ordering more than 5 hats
*Full payment is due when you place an order for all other items.*
If you’re local and have paid a deposit, you will be contacted when your item is ready. You can either pay the remaining amount after I have sent a picture of the finished product or when we meet. If your order is being shipped, full payment, including shipping costs, is due when your order is placed.
12. What is your return policy? All orders are non-refundable. If you gave me the wrong color to use, I will not participate in a return; however, I can fix it for a fee depending on the item. If by chance the color error is due to a mistake on my end, I will fix it for no additional charge. If the item is too big or too small due to receiving incorrect dimensions, I will fix your item for a fee which will be calculated depending on the item. If the size error was due to a mistake on my end, I will fix it for no additional charge. Allergic reactions to any of the yarn or metal in the earrings are not covered under the return policy as all components of each item are relayed to you when placing an order.
