After finishing up the Camaro headers, my friends at have been finishing up the plumbing and steering linkage on the Huckleberry Camaro and got it fired up over the weekend. Sounds like a real killer !!

Got a call a couple months ago from Bobby Ray Darnell and his driver Fabian Miller looking to have set of zoomie style headers made for their BIG block, BIG head, nitrous, small tire Camaro. With the motor sitting in the stock location, a basically stock firewall, and stock front frame rails, there was basically little to no room to try and squeeze in the 2 1/2" header tubes to clear the control arms, and make their way back to come out under the fenders in a dragster zoomie style. After multiple attempts at squeezing everything, and almost giving up, i decided that the only way would be for them to be 2 piece on a split fl**ge. I finally got everything in place, with full stop to stop stearing clearance, easily removable and access for spark plug changes. Wasnt sure i was going to pull this one off, but with some help from Anthony Lorenti from AML Extreme Powder Coating and Welding on the tig welding chores, and Scott Allen helping with the cutting and fitting, we got them in. This thing is going to be fast!! I can't wait until they finish up the plumbing and wiring and get to hear this killer run.

Long overdo update on Laurie's 1960 C10......
Finally after alot of time and a whole bunch mishaps and taking steps backwards, got the truck mostly together and running. Took her out for the 1st test ride to fill up with gas. Definitely still afew bugs to work out, and couple of things that never got finished, a bunch of tuning and dialing in still...... but she runs and has been out and about. And best of all she made it home under her own power and nothing fell off.

Dan came in with his 2002 GMC Sierra with a backhalfed chassis, but no rollbar. So we fabricated a pro street style 8.50 cert rollcage with swingout doorbars. Shortened the front frame horns and fabricated a removable tubular front radiator core support, recessed and cage mounted the fuel cell, modified and installed new front spindles for a bumpsteer kit and aftermarket brakes. This will be powered by a supercharged, fully built 400+ cubic inch LS. Big tires, big power.... going to be a beast for sure

Since I installed the new setup with the supercharger, I've never been thrilled with the look of the long J tube for inlet and throttle body. After a little research I decided to fabricate my own air intake/throttle body mount to relocate the throttle body to the back of the supercharger. A whole lot of fab hours later, and this is what I came up with. I like the look alot better, and now I can fit a hood much tighter. And I think this will also open up the air cfm and few more horsepower. Very special thanks to Daniel Maurer for help with the machining of the blower side fl**ge, and Anthony Lorenti for doing a killer job on the aluminum welding. Only problem now is i think it makes the rest of the old supercharger look kind of shaby..... may have to do something about that before I finish putting everything back together.
