We removed all of the walls, interior, exterior, ceilings, and all flooring (Hardwood, vinyl, carpet/padding/tack strips, & tile). We removed all nails & screws from the studs & joists. Started at 10, done by 2. We removed all of the interior walls, the dropped ceiling (tiles & grid). We took up all of the carpet tiles and laminate flooring, down to subfloor. All of the stuff that is hanging is the wires, light fixtures, and duct work. Contractor told us to leave it hanging, as he has an electrician coming in the morning to remove it all. Got a call Wednesday afternoon, from a residential customer who had just sold her home. She was responsible for removal of all of the furniture, trash, and debris, prior to new owners taking ownership of the house. got there late Wednesday afternoon. Crew and I showed up EARLY Thursday Morning. Despite the heat & humidity, we worked non-stop, as the entire house had to be cleared by 7a.m. Friday (today) Morning.
