Help Wanted: Local Marine/Boat Repair Assistant
Do you have a knack for mechanics? Did you spend your childhood taking things apart just to put them back together again? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for that perfect fit to join our team at Nicks Marine Repair LLC on Greers Ferry Lake in Heber Springs!
Requirements:
• Mechanical skills and being mechanically inclined is a must.
• Knowledge of tools
• Dependability: Must show up for work on time and ready to tackle the day's tasks.
• Work ethic: We take pride in our work and expect our team members to be focused and dedicated, with no distractions from phones or visitors during working hours.
• Physical stamina: This is a hands-on job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, from the cold of winter to the heat of summer.
• Lifting objects and maneuvering around in tight spots in a boats engine compartment: Absolutely no physical restrictions.
Additional Details:
• Pay: Compensation will be based on demonstrated skills and performance during a 90-day trial period.
• Trial period: We believe in giving everyone a chance to prove themselves. If it doesn't work out after 90 days, we'll part ways amicably.
