Enjoy your day everyone: The “Mintaken” or more commonly “Mintakan” light race comes from starseed traditions connected to the star Mintaka, one of the three stars in Orion’s Belt. This is your reminder to pause. Stop and notice the beauty surrounding you everyday. Golden hour is one of those pause buttons for me and I happen to catch it last night. The entire thing lasted less than one minute and 30 seconds, but oh how it so my nervous system.
