Always double check your work. It might save your life. One of my customers was involved in a horrible accident this week(as you can see). Apparently the coupler wasn’t engaged and locked correctly, and to make matter worse, the load was positioned too far back towards the rear of the trailer. Proper positioning of your load is critical, especially with 40ft trailers. This dangerous in so many ways. I’m not exactly sure how these events went down, but I know for sure that this could have been avoided, had he just double checked his work. Please be safe out there guys. It only takes 5min to double check your work. And Yes, he made it out ok. Truck and trailer are totaled.
