So this is the fruits of months of trial and error. I have finally made the first 12”x7” Skurfetti sheets!!!
An insane amount of work has gone into developing a reliable mold that produces large Skurfetti sheets.

Now I can reliably make large sheets daily in any color. This set up will also produce pattern sheets in the same size.
▫️
Persistence has got me past the hard part. Now some easy tweaks to make the workflow more fluid. 😅

This is only the second 2” diameter Skurfetti rod I’ve ever made. Not much demand for this size except for very specific purposes.

This will be cut into ten 3/8” sick discs to make rainbow fidget spinners.
