Help Wanted: In-Office Data Entry / Dispatcher in Huron, TN

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk/Dispatcher to join our team full time in-office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks, calling drivers, offering loads, and dispatching trucks.

Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets
Verify accuracy of data before entering
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Call and speak to drivers and offer loads
Dispatch loads in online system
Timely communications with drivers, customers, and coordinators
Monitoring load activities from dispatch through deliveries and addressing issues that arise
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Ownership of assigned tasks

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving skills and ability to work through unexpected issues as the arise
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours: Monday -Friday 0730-1600

Compensation: depends on experience.
