2 - first attempt at sourdough pretzels, out of this world!!! Messed up quite a few things so they could definitely be improved. Anddd you’ll be seeing these on an upcoming menu next month 👀

Leaning in and learning more and more about fresh milled flour and loving every bit of it 🍞

This week I swapped all bread to adding fresh milled flour (instead of adding whole wheat from a bag). The nutrients alone from fresh milled was one of the biggest perks. Putting in a little bit of extra work is also saving $ too 🙈

Can’t wait to experiment with it even more!
