Bus 30 (Kathy) is going to be about 10/15 minutes late. We have the high school driver coming back to do this run because we are short a driver. Expect this all week. Time will very depending on the weather.

Due to snow and hazardous weather conditions, Lake Shore Central School District will be closed Monday, January 26.

All schools and district offices are closed. After-school and evening activities are canceled unless otherwise noted by the district or activity organizers.

Parents, please make sure your child/children are ready for pick-up in the morning. We should not be waiting or running back for kids that aren't ready. Our drivers have a time schedule that must be kept so they are at the school on-time.

*If the driver does not see your child they will not wait.
*We don't not honk because we've had complaints about honking early in the morning.
*If you motion the "wait a minute" sign and you are not out there at a reasonable time the driver will not wait.
*If you need to meet the bus somewhere call the office. The office will radio the driver and make arrangements for a safe spot to meet.
*Do not approach the bus picking up other kids and allow your child to walk up on the side of the bus to get on.
Safety is top priority to our children. Our buses are big and have blind spots just like all vehicles have.

Please be mindful. The drivers do their best.

The new school year is about to begin. Our driver and monitors were out putting the kids pick-up/drop-off slips in the mail boxes. If you have not received one please call the office 716-532-8152.
