Renting packrafts nationally is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
1) Go on the Jackson Hole Packraft website (www.jhpackraft.com) to reserve a boat or call 907-830-1016.
2) Receive the rental packraft via a FedEx shipment. We don't charge for the time the packraft is in transit. Our shipping rates are very affordable and reflect our direct costs ($30 both ways one boat, $35 both ways two boats, $40 both ways

three boats, $45 both ways four boats).
3) Use the boat for a great adventure, whether it be a lake float with the family, an adventure race, ripping rapids or ocean fjords.
4) Dry the boat out, roll it up, put it back in the box, affix the return label we send you, and drop it off at any FedEx location. Renting boats in Jackson Hole is as simple as calling Rendezvous River Sports at 307-733-2471 to reserve a boat, and then stopping buy the centrally located store to pick up and drop off the rentals. Rendezvous River Sports address is 945 W Broadway, Jackson, Wyoming. Thanks for being great customers....and human beings generally!

The last week and a half has been pretty rough in terms of refunds and cancellations but there is reason to be encouraged. Amidst all the fear, greed and hoarding, I've been pleasantly surprised by people's reactions to small businesses during this time. I had a customer who was cancelling essentially give me back 15% of the reservation he was cancelling rather than taking full advantage of my refund policy. I've had other customers express hope in next year and choose to bank their credit rather than get refunds. I've even sold a few used rafts and booked a couple trips for late summer. Most cancelling customers have expressed some concern for me, my family and my company. Stuff like this brings out what is really inside people and sometimes what is inside is better than you might think. Thanks to all of you for your support!
