I'm still looking for driver's and I have a unique opportunity to bring in New driver's. The school I'll be using is in Denver Colorado. You'll be paid $65 a week to help with food and stay in an apartment for the 4 week CDL class. New driver's with no experience get 1,000$ once they're hired on and experienced driver's will get a 2,000$ sign on bonus once hired on.
Weekly Home time in Jacksonville. 4-5 days on the road and home some combination of Fri,Sat,Sun or Monday depending on how loads fall. But you'll be home every week. .35 cents per mile for driver's with no experience. Then .01 cent per mile increase for the 1st 72 months.
Experienced driver's at 1 year experience make .47 cents per mile. 2 years experience .59 cents per mile and 3 yrs experience tops out at .75 cents per mile.
If you would rather run 3 weeks over the road then take 5 days home time in Jacksonville that's also an option.

I've been with CRST for 11 yrs and know this is a good company. I have 4 of my truck's that I need drivers for, but anyone can take advantage of this opportunity even if it's not on 1 of my truck's.
