Shout out to my amazing clients ❤️

The past week has been full of flight delays, changes, cancellations, and weather issues completely out of anyone’s control. I had one group sit on an airplane for over 4 hours, causing their arrival to be delayed by nearly 10 hours — and not once did they complain. They understood that Mother Nature has a mind of her own sometimes.

I also had clients returning home from Italy delayed over 6 hours after an already long day of travel. They were beyond exhausted, yet still remained kind, patient, and understanding through it all.

Meanwhile, while others around them were far from calm, my clients remained calm, gracious, and understanding. We always prepare our clients to pack patience, expect curveballs, and understand that travel days don’t always go perfectly. Anything can happen when traveling, and having the right mindset truly makes all the difference.
