This BC 161 Ghost came to us to have the new fuel tank dropped in, plumbed, and wired, and came back after reinstalling and finishing the floor for the refit:
✅ New 2026 Yamaha VF90 SHO
✅ Complete new Yamaha controls and rigging
✅ New fuel system components and fuel gauge
✅ Battery cables, ground block, breaker & electrical upgrades & new battery
✅ New Lenco trim tab actuator
✅ Plumbing repairs for drains and livewell
✅ new Bilge pump
✅ Switch panel wiring cleanup
✅ New Lowrance fish finder-chart plotter

✅ Complete Minn Kota trolling motor rebuild, which updated a Legacy ipilot system, to a Bluetooth pilot system:
• Steering module
• Control board
• GPS controller
• Lifetime shaft replacement
• Bluetooth i-Pilot remote
• Quick-release mounting system

Little things like this make us feel really good, Minn Kota provides a report to us based on customer surveys sent to our customers who received warranty work done by us. Though we did waaaay more warranty claims than are shown from these responses, we’re proud to say we received solid 10s from everyone who participated in the surveys. Got moldy boat seats that you can’t get clean?
We have something that ACTUALLY works!
Now carrying Seat Reviver.
It very easily removes old set in mold spots on boat cushions, vinyl, plastics and more.
The uv shield gel smells like a piña colada 🍍
These are before and afters of our shop golf cart, the befores are after a soap and water bath and a pressure clean. Seat reviver took the deep, set in mold right out.

some good tips. also, we find, especially in our saltwater environment, it extremely necessary to spray/lubricate ramp arms, and pivot points.
