I did it yall!! I taught my very first Fitness class (with more to come) for RSA, Repz Sports Academy 🙌🏾

The turn out was great and everyone got a great sweat in!! 💦 Each person that participated received a Thank You bag with a few goodies in it.

We also had a door prize winner that received a RSA water bottle and a RSA drawstring bag.

November is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month 💙

I have a hoodie ready to go in support! I switched the ribbon color to reflect this. 🫶🏾 Colors can be mixed up.
