Palo dinner was a first for us on our cruise last month and it did NOT disappoint! 👀

Brunch is all the rage in the online forums but we LOVED dinner - I got the steak and my husband got the pasta and they were both very good! 🤩

But the star of the show was definitely the chocolate soufflé - I will be booking this again for this dessert alone 🤣

One of our favorite things to do on our Disney cruises is trivia! 🤩

There is trivia for everyone - general Disney trivia, movie-specific trivia like Frozen trivia, Disney music trivia, sports trivia - literally ANY type of trivia you can think of! 👀

We love doing trivia but we are not necessarily good at it - here’s our answer sheet from 80’s music trivia 😅

The sad thing? We got more right on 80’s music trivia than we did on 2010’s music trivia 🙈

Moral of the story is - the trivia is fun even if you only know 5 answers 🤣

Book report from my sailing on the Disney Fantasy 🤣

I asked you guys to help me pick out some good books for my sailing and then promptly realized my Kindle Unlimited subscription had lapsed so I settled for what I could get from the library instead! 😅

Here are my ratings for the books I finished on the ship! Reminder - I mostly read mystery and thriller fiction and I’ve probably never given a 5/5 to a book in my life (at least not since Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, but I digress) ⬇️

➡️ You Belong Here by Megan Miranda - 3/5 - felt a little slow but still good!

➡️ The Last Flight by Julie Clark - 4/5 - loved this one!

➡️ It’s Not Her by Mary Kubica - 4/5 - VERY twisty ending (maybe too much? Depends on your taste)

➡️ That’s Not My Name by Megan Lally - 4/5 - this is technically a YA novel but I loved it. Was genuinely shocked by the ending.

➡️ Bonus book because I started this one during the trip but didn’t finish until I got home - The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager - 4/5 - kept me up until 2am finishing it, so definitely worth the read!

I’d definitely suggest any of these - I feel like we need to start a book club 🤣

A first for us on our last cruise was the fishing adventure at Castaway Cay! 🎣

Between you and me, I booked this excursion mostly for my husband because he loves to fish 😅

But I was surprised how much I really enjoyed it and I would absolutely do it again! 🤩

We caught a TON of fish - we definitely lost count! We caught a BUNCH of grunt, a barracuda, trigger fish (that’s what this is!), margate (which our guides called “Margaret” fish) and Nassau grouper! 🐟

Although this was an official Disney Cruise Line excursion, our guides lived locally and had obviously been fishing in this area for a LONG time. They handled the bait (conch!), taking fish off the hooks, taking photos, keeping us hydrated, driving the boat and answering our million questions - they were really wonderful! 🛥️

THIS is one of the reasons you want to book your Disney Cruise Line sailing with me! I know because I GO! This is an excursion I’d highly recommend you book if it’s a good fit for your family. I also have a list of excursions I’ve personally done that I’d maybe recommend you spend your money elsewhere 😬

I think my husband’s favorite thing about our stay at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort was the Club Level lounge 🤣

This was the menu for our check-in day at the lounge and your eyes are not deceiving you - they had cheeseburger spring rolls in the club! 👀

The concierge service was just the cherry on top of our Club Level stay - we were mostly there for the food 😅

If you haven’t considered staying Club Level yet, here’s your sign to put it on your Disney Bucket List! ✅

I think Disney’s free waterpark day admission is probably the BEST reason to stay on-site for the summer of 2027 👀

I’ve always told my guests if they arrive before their room is ready they can hang out at their resort pool or go to Disney Springs - both of those things are fun but not necessarily something I’d plan my trip around 😅

But an entirely FREE park day at one of Disney’s water parks? THAT’S something I’ll plan my flight plans around 🤩

This perk is active for on-site guests checking in through September 8th of this year but it IS returning for summer 2027! ☀️

Now is the time to get those trips booked for next summer so you can start making payments and spread out that cost - reach out and let’s start planning! 📩

I am freshly back from sailing on the Disney Fantasy and I’m just here to tell you… if you haven’t sailed with Disney yet, you definitely need to put it on your travel bucket list 😍

I know I have a TON of Disney Parks fans here (because… same 🤣) but if you give the ships a chance I think you’ll love them just as much! 🚢

And, as we always say here, friends don’t let friends sail with Disney without FREE onboard credit from me - so let’s get you booked AND get some free onboard credit for your sailing 👀
