Hi, friends (both old and new)! I want to reintroduce myself. My name is Melissa (or Mel for short) and I have been a travel agent for 2 years and was voted Best Travel Agent of Jackson County in 2025.

I have extensive experience in the travel industry and have been passionate about travel for as long as I can remember. When the opportunity presented itself to become a travel agent and help others make their travel visions a reality, I knew I had found the perfect space for me. From honeymoons, anniversary trips, and family trips to bucket list trips, I enjoy making travel easy for my clients and taking the stress of handling travel logistics out of the equation. I’m here to support your trip far beyond the booking of it, and if anything comes up along the way, I’m your point of contact instead of some 1-800 number with long hold times.

I make it my mission each year to personally experience new places so I can better serve my clients and I have successfully sent hundreds of clients to destinations all around the world.

As I look back on my first full year in the travel industry, one word floods my mind: grateful. I am so grateful for all of my clients, all of the new friends I’ve made, and all the opportunities I’ve been given.

I am also really proud. I’m proud of myself for deciding at 30 that I wasn’t too old to follow my dreams and I’m proud of the growth I’ve had over the last year. Here’s to a really great 2025 and to continuing to send my clients all over the world in 2026 while chasing some big goals I have for myself.
