This is what a blown up turbo looks like, typically costing anywhere from $2-4000 to repair depending on the vehicle. This particular Mercedes only has 100k miles on it, yet the turbo is completely broken and the timing chain required replacement(another $1200+ job). With a more stringent maintenance schedule, this vehicle almost surely would not need either of these items.
