Thanks to the trust and support of our clients, we're able to place many donated items where they'll do the most good, helping individuals, families, and organizations throughout our community.

Over the past 2 months, together we were able to donate:

☀️12 items to The Sharing Shed in O'Fallon, MO

☀️100 to the Neighbor Helping Neighbor Program at SunRise Church O'Fallon, MO

☀️50+ items to Mission Thrift Store (MTS) in Lake Saint Louis

Every donated item has a story, and we're thankful that many of these donated items continue their journey by helping someone else. How can we help you repurpose your unwanted items?

Because giving your space new purpose can give someone else a fresh start.

Thank you for trusting T&C Ventures. Your support allows us to make a difference - one project, and one family at a time.

One of the parts of going through my dad’s belongings that stayed with me was making sure the right things didn’t just get packed away… or thrown away.

My dad served in World War II, and there were pieces of his story..scrapbooks, photos, and memories…that deserved more than a box in storage.

He would have turned 100 this year, which made preserving those pieces of his life feel even more important.

So we made the decision to donate some of his items to a local veterans museum here in O’Fallon, where they can be preserved, shared, and appreciated.

Because sometimes it’s not just about clearing things out…
it’s about honoring where they came from.

That’s something we carry into what we do every day. Making sure the right things go to the right place, with purpose.

For the past few weeks, we helped someone in St. Peters who was moving into a new home and clear out years of clutter and repurpose their items.

Nothing was rushed or wasted! We made sure things went to the right places and to organizations and people who could truly use them. Because your things still have value…they just need the right next home.

Ready to clear your space the right way? Send us a message-we’d love to help!

If you’re stuck deciding on whether you should keep or give away certain items in your home, create an “unsure” box. Date it. If you don’t miss those items in a few months, your answer is already there.

Have a storage unit, basement, or boxed collection you’re ready to part with but don’t want to deal with sorting, selling, or multiple trips?

We offer selective small buyouts for items that are a good fit. We don’t purchase entire homes or run estate sales, but we do buy out storage units, basements, and boxed collections when it makes sense.

If items have value, we’ll make a fair offer, handle removal, and can even give them a new life through resale or donation. Message us today!

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐖𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞!!

Introducing Clutter For A Cause - a new service from T&C Ventures that helps you clear out your basement, garage, or storage space and make a difference at the same time.

Here’s how it works:
You gather the small items (everything must fit in an SUV), and we take it from there. We thoughtfully sort what you no longer need and make sure each item goes where it can do the most good:

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀:

• 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗱 (O’Fallon, MO)
• 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 (Lake St. Louis)
• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱
• 𝗢𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 with a portion of proceeds 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 to local charities like 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 and 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗿.

No hauling fees. No pressure. Just a meaningful way to clear clutter and bless the community.

If you’ve got boxes of “I don’t even know what’s in here anymore,” this might be perfect for you.

Message us to see if you’re a good fit. 💛
