Such an amazing evening in the stunning Beachfront Residences I have been staying in at the beautiful resort on Malolo Island. Executive Chef Winston Fong prepared an incredible culinary experience that showed his passion for fish, as well as his sustainable philosophy of utilizing fresh, local produce. He creatively infused these island grown farm to table ingredients with his unique Fijian cooking techniques and Mediterranean experience. One of the best meals I have ever had.
