Just a little update we had our annual Cemetery Meeting 10/19/2025 new board members are
1) Lloyd Glaze who was also elected to serve as Predident again 3 year seat
2) Stepanie Parkerwas elected as our New Sec./ Treas. 3 year seat
3)Larry Pope New Vice Preident 2year seat
4)Delisa Boykin 2 year seat and
5)David Watkins and 6)Tommy Harrell 1 year seats
Wishing Our New Board well and it will be announced at a later date the date for a Christmas Gathering for all members The Association building

Here are the veterans buried at Contrell. If anyone that may have a veteran buried there that does not have it signified on the grave marker for their family member please let us know I so that a flag can be bought for each one. The flags will be stored in the little church for all future uses. It is a common place and that we can all share in the experience .

January 19th at 2:30pm there will be a Contrell Cemetery Association meeting to discuss plans for the future of the Cemetery building at Contrell the meeting will be at Lena Baptist church Fellowship Hall, please plan to attend if you can, if you have a loved one laid to rest here. Here are the minutes that were handed out on October 20, 2019 at CCA’s Annual Meeting so that everybody can be up to date on the things that were discussed, also all the Board members are asked to attend a special meeting called by the President at 2pm on November 3rd, 2019 at The Cemetery Association Building
