Due to all orders being custom made, I can not accept returns or exchanges. If yourcreation has an issue due to fault of my own, I will fix or replace the affected item.
•Placing orders
Send me yourcreation craft, big or small, I will help you bring it to life. I will put together your ideas and send you the “pre-creatio
n”. During this process, you are free to make adjustment, edit your crafts, add to yourcreation. Once you approve, your Order will be processed and adjustments can not be guaranteed.
•Deposits
Deposits of 50% of yourcreation will be required for processing, no orders will be processed until deposits are made. Deposits are non-refundable. I work closely together with you during the “pre-creation” stage, this is when you are free to make changes or adjustments, once deposit is made, you are agreeing to our final draft of the creation.
•Shipping
Shipping is not included in the order total. Once creation is complete, I will send you a separate charge for the shipping. Pick-ups are also welcome.
•Yourcreation
Once an order is complete, the remainder of the balance is due. A final picture of yourcreation will be sent to you. The remainder of the balance needs to be sent along with shipment fee for shipment.
