Had a fabulous dinner last night at our hotel, Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya .

Started with a margarita and tajin rim

Jicama salad with jicama, pineapple, grapefruit and orange slices with fresh lime juice and a sprinkle of tajin. 🍍

Main course was grilled fish tacos and they were outstanding. It came with a pureed pineapple/habanero salsa. And that was 🔥!

They also brought out some Cochinta with pickled red onions and fresh made tortillas. 🤌

Dessert was mini churros with rich dark melted chocolate. 🍫
