Going forward there is a non-refundable $15 per segment fee due date of booking and is accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or AppleCash.

When I return I will start the process to accept credit cards.

This will be deducted from your fare if you do not cancel.

I have had so many people cancel last minute the last few months and intake is not a short process.

It has been our practice to message the day prior to pickup to confirm - please understand it isn’t always first thing in the morning as we work 7 days a week.

I didn’t want to be on here today as I just lost my mother who was my rock yesterday but these last few months have really been unusual and I feel like have wasted so much time on these cancellations.

I apologize to my regular clients who have been amazing.

Please refer to Ayhan’s post for scheduling the next few days as myself and family make arrangements for my mother and find ways to accept she is no longer with us.

I will be unavailable to respond to texts, calls, and messages and will update when I am back 🙏🏼
