🚨 INTRODUCING: S.A.I.L.™ – Southfork Artificial Intelligence Logic 🚨

At Southfork, we figured asking what you want in a boat was overrated…

So with S.A.I.L.™, we just go ahead and find out ourselves via our proprietary AI.

Our system analyzes:
✔️ Bank accounts (including the ones you forgot about)
✔️ Medical records to see your height and weight
✔️ In-laws’ credit scores… just in case
✔️ Location data to see how often your boat leaves the driveway

👀 Social Media Integration 👀
We scan your profiles to determine:
📸 Where you typically take a boat
📸 What type of fishing or hunting you claim to do
📸 Favorite passengers

From there, we design your boat accordingly:
⚓ Premium seating for the favorites
⚓ Livewell capacity based on how much you exaggerate your catches
⚓ Size according to your vehicle towing capacity

No guesswork. No surveys. No privacy.
S.A.I.L.™ — We know who matters on your boat.

Happy April Fools’ Day from Southfork 😎

When the water turns rough and the run gets longer, Southfork’s V Bottom is built to keep you moving forward. Designed for performance and control, this hull is offered in 5° and 10° deadrise options so you can dial in exactly how your boat handles.

The V shape is all about breaking through waves instead of bouncing over them, giving you a smoother, more controlled ride in chop. It’s the difference between fighting the water—and working with it.
• 5° Deadrise – A balanced setup that keeps draft shallow while still improving ride quality. Ideal for those who split time between calmer water and light chop.
• 10° Deadrise – More aggressive, more capable. This option delivers a noticeably softer ride and better handling when conditions get rough.

Whether you’re running big water, crossing open stretches, or heading farther than most, Southfork’s V Bottom brings true offshore capability to an aluminum build—without sacrificing strength or usability.

We know not every job calls for a full V-bottom—but sometimes you still want that sharper edge up front. That’s where our VF Hull (V-Nose Flatbottom) comes in.

It’s built for real-world water—where conditions change, channels get tight, and you’re constantly reading what’s ahead.

🔹 V-Nose Entry – The pointed bow gives you better control when weaving through tight spots and dodging obstacles.
🔹 Flatbottom Performance – On plane, you still get the shallow draft, stability, and efficiency that make flatbottoms so dependable.
🔹 More Usable Space – A wider, more open layout than a full V hull means more room to fish, work, or haul gear.
🔹 Built to Navigate – From stumps and sandbars to narrow runs, the VF Hull is made to adapt on the fly.
🔹 Rugged, Sporty Profile – That V-nose adds a more aggressive, purpose-built look that stands out and performs.

The VF Hull is the perfect balance of control, capability, and clean design—giving you just enough bite up front without giving up what makes a flatbottom great.

At Southfork, every great boat starts with the right foundation — and that begins with choosing your hull type.

We’re kicking things off with one of the most popular options we build: the Flatbottom.

Flatbottom hulls are all about maximum deck space and rock-solid stability. With their wide, even footprint on the water and square bow, they give you the largest usable deck area of any hull style we offer — perfect for fishing, working, or just having room to move.

They also shine when it comes to stability. Whether you’re standing, casting, hauling gear, or shifting weight around, a flatbottom stays steady and predictable.

If your priority is space, balance, and confidence under your feet, a flatbottom is hard to beat.

Stay tuned — we’ll be breaking down more hull options to help you find the perfect fit for how you use your boat.

At Southfork, we build boats the right way — strong, functional, and built around how you use them. One key choice in any custom build is your rail system. Here’s the breakdown:

1️⃣ Standard Round Rail – 1 1/4”
Our most economical option. Clean, lightweight, and dependable — perfect for hunters and anglers who want durability without extra bulk.

2️⃣ Wide Rail – 2 1/2”
More surface area and added strength. Great for mounting accessories and solid footing. A strong middle-ground option.

3️⃣ T-Slot Rail – 3 1/4”
Our premium choice. Maximum versatility with an integrated T-slot for accessories — no drilling required. Clean, customizable, and built to perform.

No matter what you choose, it’s welded with the same Southfork attention to detail and built to handle real-world abuse.

No shortcuts here. Every part is made to fit each individual boat, then built—not assembled. From structure to finish, our boats are fully welded inside and out to deliver strength, durability, and confidence where it matters most. That’s the Southfork difference.

It might have been cold outside, but the welders stayed hot in the Southfork plant!

This 24-80 V catfish rig is taking shape—heavy aluminum, serious structural bracing, and built to handle real abuse on the water. No fluff, no shortcuts, just clean welds and strength where it matters.

Cold weather doesn’t change how we build. We keep stacking beads and building boats the right way—overbuilt, tough, and made to work.

One of the last builds to leave the shop in 2025, this 18’ x 70” V-bottom is built to work, not sit pretty. Loaded with diamond plate from end to end, this hull is all about strength, durability, and real-world performance.

Missouri Storage deck with dual lids, step gussets, diamond plate floor and sides, rear storage seating, and a reinforced fantail—every inch of this boat is built to take abuse.

Options include a fully welded center console, 24V trolling motor package, navigation lights, and a 25” transom ready to handle serious horsepower.

No fluff. No shortcuts. Just a tough Southfork build heading into the new year.
