Spring has sprung and we’re ready to start getting our hands dirty!

We’ve taken a break from posting on social media for almost a year now. Honestly, we needed to reset our relationship with social media as it was distracting from the present. We had a lot of once in a lifetime opportunities like floating the Grand Canyon, but we also had a lot of grieving and changes. We lost our beloved dog. We moved and downsized into a tiny space in a new state. Have been jumping in and meeting our new community and recreating in the new spaces. We are finding our way. So this social media account- the one encouraging you to set down your screen- was set aside. One post had us having nostalgia of where we once lived and we needed to be in the present to enjoy all the new opportunities, friends, life in front of us.

Set It Down is still alive and well and we have focused on wholesale accounts over the past year. It’s still just Allie, who works full time with this as a side biz all while trying to have a work-life balance. She works remotely and uses her prototype Set It Down box daily- helping focus on the present task at home. She dabbles with what Set It Down could be, can be. Thanks for staying along this journey- it’s tamed down from what it used to be. Which, we are totally ok with.
