New podcast just dropped with  of for . Drew is a good friend who does incredible work upcycling clothing. I worked for him at 14 years ago and I was so happy when he invited me to join his podcast and YouTube show. We talk about my early years selling vintage and then get into the world of ethical production. This is such a fun episode.

We had so many of our incredible factory workers share their story that we are continuing sharing this week. Responsible manufacturing is a priority at Do Good ✨

This is A Lan(阿蘭). She has been making hats for six years, specialises in inner seam taping. She loves to challenge herself by completing outstanding designs and improving her technique to achieve her goals.

* Ｑ1. 他們在這工廠工作多久? How long have you worked in this factory?

* 阿蘭師傅：已经工作六年了。I have been working here for six years.

* Q2. 最常負責的領域? The position in the factory and job function?

* 阿蘭師傅： 车双针带

* Q3. 拿手工藝? The most skilled technique?

* 阿蘭師傅： 拉带上帽。 

* Q4. 覺得有挑戰性和成就感的事情？  What is the most challenging thing when you work on the projects?        

* 阿蘭師傅：做那些设计很复杂的帽子，做的时候很有挑战性，做好了非常有成就感

* Q5. 他們住在哪個城市? Where do you live?                 

* 阿蘭師傅：住在东莞市。I live in Dongguan City.

* Q6. 平常的休閒興趣喜好? What do you enjoy doing in your leisure time?      

* 阿蘭師傅：逛街，看电视剧。 I like to go shopping and watch TV shows.

* Q7. 想對穿他們做的帽子的人說些什麼? What do you want to say to the people who wear the hats/caps you made?

● How long have you been working in the factory - 5 years
● What’s your job position and responsibility? --- Design development and sampling
of new socks designs
● What’s your expertise?--- The development and sampling of sports and technical
socks
● Where do you live? --- Haining Zhejiang
● What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? --- I like keeping plants a lot and
I keep many plants at home.
