We just want to prove to people that we challenge Yelp on a daily basis to beef up their ethics.
How the email reads:
ISSUE ONE
It is very comical how Yelp makes an effort to showcase the 10th review we got (a 1 star review) and have it try to appear as if it were the 1st: '**First to review**...Snickerdoodle!'
We are headed in the right direction, but still have a ways to go.
It says on 3/16/2010 was when we got our 1st review, yet we had 9 before that...why don't any of these highlight on our business page that they were the first to review?? Why do they get thrown in the trash/filter? Could it be because Yelp wants to single us out because we balked on their ad plan? Seems like it...why else would the 10th review that we received be marked as the 1st? Lol.
Also, does this only 1 star review (the 10th review) on our business page even go within the guidelines? The person did not use us--she was never a customer...! She was a mere inquirer...! Aren't people supposed to have movers show up to the residence that they are leaving, have them move their stuff to their new location and then evaluate them???????????????
Do you mind telling us what gives? Why are our reviews so warped (as in why do we have 8 reviews showing and 58 filtered)? Right now we have a 12.12% non-filter rate. This is beyond laughable.

Key point: Help out our business in this regard, and thus help out our economy. This would in turn help out the overall economy, which would in turn help out all (you and us).
ISSUE TWO (2 PARTS):
a) We have uploaded a picture on our page that will tell potential customers to look up our filtered reviews. We did this before on our business account and Yelp took it down (this may be in part to why Yelp closed our business account altogether). We had to use a computer we've never used before, sign up a Yelp account, and then upload it. If you guys still take it down, we will have to hire people who have yelp account’s to upload this same picture...please don’t cancel their account's if they do this--they may be Yelp elitists.
b) We have no recourse when it comes to responding to reviews because you guys shut us down. The email associated with the above business page is now no longer valid...We get this message: The account for the email address you provided is closed.
Talk about censorship. Why does Yelp lack business ethics so much?
Secondly, why do we get Yelp reps hitting us up saying we have a $21 outstanding balance?? If we do, then we will pay it...but don’t have them say 'oh well it reflects on your credit score so you better take care of it etc.’ If we have a balance, then let us log into our account (oh wait we can’t) and verify the balance and input new CC info so we can get charged...us having to take care of it is a given.
We could care less if we ever get granted access to our business page, but don’t make us not be able to get into it to ensure we get reported on the $21 balance. That is grounds for a suit.
Again we ask, WHAT GIVES?
