The NBA season starts today. So does a new one for The Kingsland Shoe Project.

Footwear culture didn’t start in a store. It started on the court. For decades, the NBA has turned the game’s latest kicks into something people save up for, line up for, collect and keep. Signature pairs marked eras. The walk into the arena became a runway. A pair of shoes became a way to remember where you were the first time you saw them on the court.

NBALAB is where the league opens that world to who’s got next. It finds emerging brands with innovative ideas and brings them into the game under an official NBA license.

The Kingsland Shoe Project was made for partnerships like this. Two brothers from West LA, one a former college and pro player, started this brand on one belief: the shoes you love deserve simple, true protection after you take them off. Everything we make exists to keep footwear in shape and help it last longer.

Today, The Kingsland Shoe Project joins the NBA’s roster of licensed brands through NBALAB 🏀

I’ve been using these to keep my shoes supported and protected between wears. They help prevent deep creasing and sagging uppers, while helping my shoes hold their original shape.
