Coffee Manufactory was built out of a series of circumstances and unfolding conversations about what we dream to be possible in coffee. We directly source our coffees seasonally in collaboration with our producer partners. We roast to order, ensuring freshness and taste. Our coffee is now available at our locations, via our wholesale program and online in our store.

This National Women’s Day, we’re thrilled to offer an 04 LATIN from Cauca, Colombia that is 100% produced by the women of AMACA (Asociación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias dev Cauca).

AMACA is a group of women producers located in El Tambo, Cauca, Colombia that was formed in 1999. The program aims to address the widespread wage inequality that women experience in this region by adding a gender-equity premium on top of a Regional Select base price. This premium is then paid directly to the growers for use in any manner they choose.
