Kristie and I would like to share with everybody a flag that we recently had the honor of making for retired Army 1st Sgt Richard Martin. 1st Sgt Martin dedicated 32 years of his life to the US Army National Guard and this great country in which we all live. As if serving his country was not enough, 1st Sgt Martin has also spent the past 24 years with the Michigan State Police, making a difference in his community, and the great state of Michigan.

Richard Martin was recently diagnosed with a form of brain cancer at the age of 54. As he fights this courageous battle, I think Mr. Martin and his family, could use a little love from our Freedom Flagworks followers and friends. Please join us in keeping him and his family in your prayers and feel free to offer some words of encouragement to a man that has given us his all. Thank you for all of your sacrifices Mr. Martin. God bless you...

YES, we are still here! Sorry everybody, we have been slacking with Facebook. It has been a busy summer with work and accommodating our two boys with their sports schedules. We appreciate everybody’s patience while we continue to push orders out the door as fast as we can. William Tully Brown, a Navajo Code Talker, a World War II veteran, and a U.S. Marine, has died. He was 96.

He is the third Navajo Code Talker to die within the past month. There are only five code talkers left.
