Junction City Fixed Route Feasibility Study Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency is studying the feasibility & design for fixed route transportation service for Junction City/Grandview Plaza, KS.

The Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency (Flint Hills ATA) is working with the Geary County Commission to investigate scheduled bus route transit opportunities for Junction City and Grandview Plaza, and wants to hear from area residents as a part of the planning process. Flint Hills ATA is currently surveying area residents about their transportation needs and opinions. The survey is part of a l

arger study to determine if scheduled bus routes in Junction City and Grandview Plaza will be beneficial to the community. Survey results will be used to inform the planning, development, and decision process of new transportation options. The tentative plan is to bring three fixed transit routes to serve transportation needs in Geary County, Kansas, specifically Junction City and Grandview Plaza. The service will connect to other services already provided by Flint Hills ATA serving Ft. Riley, Riley County and Pottawatomie County.
