Heading back to the closest Pilot, Mr. Ship is done delivering a crate of lab instruments to an unmarked Biochemical laboratory here in coastal North Carolina.

Not too much freight movement at this time from my maps and the dispatchers, but I'm hoping to make it more north tomorrow so I can spend this upcoming weekend with friends and family.

Good morning! Mr. Ship feels very blessed to be able to deliver to Kenosha, Wisconsin! I took a pallet of water bottle labels from Multi-Color Corporation of Laredo Texas, to Niagara Bottling company of Pleasant Prarie, WI.

Thank you Preston Rose for helping me find where this mural was in town! It's huge, and the town is a lot smaller than I thought.

I'm happy to say, I got to spend last night with the Szpliet family! Love you guys so much. Even though it was a short time, there's nothing like an evening back home catching up with mom, dad and sis. ❤️🧡💛🧡❤️ love you all, and can't wait to have more of these little opportunities to come up for work.

I delivered to the Mount Pleasant area from Eastern Massachusetts, then I delivered this morning to Detroit for Chrysler again, and now I pickup tomorrow morning in Northern Indiana for a Laredo Texas delivery on Sunday.

I was also lucky enough to be able to stop at my favorite Detroit eatery, Carter's Hamburgers of Dearborn, MI. Not a lot of hamburger counters left, let alone Carter's, which appears as it did in 1948.

This past Friday, Mr. Ship was called to deliver a gig case for an automotive import show from Arkansas Best's (enormous) Carlisle, PA hub, to The Bronx.

I was super happy to be back, bustling through where Mr. Ship got its start, and so I spent the day there, and ended up having a nice Georgian dinner with a friend in downtown Manhattan.

Can't wait to see my friends tomorrow for brunch in Philly.

Mr. Ship dropped off in Virginia Beach at 3am and found out Panther is thankfully increasing the distance allowance for paid moves, so I put in for our Baltimore board and had it approved within a very short amount of time.

I saw this guy at a Flying J in Virginia and just had to share. I laughed so hard.

Good evening from Mr. Ship!

This afternoon, I dropped off a prototype driver's seat to the Honda Research and Development headquarters, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. An enormous, miles wide campus, I weaved my way through and found my door.

I signed in, and went back out to my van, watching the door roll up to reveal a team of people with pretty white lab coats on, and the guy that looked like the lead scientist walked up to my van and said "There it is, boys! Woo!"

It was so funny watching a lady with goggles and a lab coat drive a shiny, pristine forklift to pick up the pallet with a single chair bolted onto it out of my van.

I didn't attach a photo of the chair because I don't want to get in trouble, but it was neat looking. I have not even the slightest clue about modern ergonomics.

After that wonderful interaction, I got a load offer almost immediately to Northern Maryland from Novi, MI.

Tonight I'll be spending in Novi, but tomorrow I'll be booking it back home to my lovely Rhen.
I'm going to cry a lot this weekend.
