Part-Time Customer Service Associate – Printing & Shipping Store
Location: Mansfield, Texas
Hours: Part-Time, up to 30 hours per week
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused team member to join our growing printing and shipping business in Mansfield, TX. This position is ideal for someone looking for long-term employment with a stable and friendly work environment. We are looking for a mature individual who takes pride in reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, copying, mailbox services, and fingerprinting services
• Operate shipping and office equipment including computers, printers, copiers, fingerprinting equipment, and point-of-sale systems
• Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Process shipments for major carriers accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with basic print and design orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Assist with administrative and retail duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are extremely important
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Must be willing to become a Notary Public at the company’s expense
• Looking for someone seeking long-term employment — not seasonal or temporary work
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator is preferred
• Must be available to start immediately
Training:
Training will be provided for all job duties, including shipping procedures, fingerprinting services, printing systems, and notary services. Prior experience is helpful but not required.
