Your checked luggage may not arrive at your stateroom immediately after boarding.

That's why every cruiser should pack a **CRUISE DAY CARRY-ON!**

Consider keeping things like these with you:

🛂 Passport/required identification & cruise documents

💊 Medications and necessary medical supplies

📱 Phone & charging cable

🩱 Swimsuit

🧴 Sunscreen

🕶️ Sunglasses

👕 Change of clothes

🪥 A few basic toiletries

💳 Wallet/payment cards

♿ Any essential accessibility items you cannot be without

And here's the big one:

**Never pack medication or something medically essential in luggage you're handing over. Keep necessities with YOU.**

Then you can board, grab some lunch, explore the ship and start enjoying your vacation without worrying about when your suitcase arrives.

But here's what I really want people to know:

**There isn't one "best" cruise line.**

There's a best cruise line, ship and itinerary **for YOU.**

A family traveling with young children may want something completely different from a couple celebrating their 25th anniversary.

Someone who loves nightlife may not want the same ship as someone whose idea of a perfect evening is sitting quietly on their balcony watching the ocean.

And a traveler with mobility or other special needs may have entirely different considerations when choosing a ship, stateroom and itinerary.

That's why I ask questions.

Lots of them. 😉

Because I don't want to simply put you on a ship.
