Requisitos de experiencia laboral:

Dos años de experiencia en logística, distribución, almacenamiento y/o cadena de suministro; experiencia previa en liderazgo o supervisión es una ventaja
Certificación de montacargas; capacidad para capacitar, probar y certificar a los empleados en la operación de montacargas
Conocimiento de la computadora, los sistemas de almacenes y Microsoft Office; experiencia con pistolas RF es una ventaja
Resistencia física, capaz de trabajar muchas horas de pie y levantar más de 50 libras
Excelente organización y habilidades eficientes de gestión del tiempo.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidades para solucionar y resolver problemas
Capacidad para cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión
Interfaz con el personal del cliente para responder preguntas, manejar solicitudes especiales y/o resolver problemas
Un ejemplo de excelencia para todos los demás empleados y dispuesto a responsabilizar a esos empleados por la puntualidad, el desempeño y la precisión en su trabajo para esta cuenta de cliente.

UWT Logistics is currently hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor.

Work Experience Requirements:

Two years of logistics, distribution, warehousing, and/or supply chain experience; prior lead or supervisory experience a plus
Forklift certification; ability to train, test, and certify employees in forklift operation
Proficiency with computer, warehouse management system(s), and Microsoft Office; experience with RF guns a plus
Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one’s feet and lift 50+ pounds
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Interface with customer personnel to answer questions, handle special requests, and/or solve problems
An example of excellence for all other employees, and willing to hold those employees accountable for punctuality, performance, and accuracy in their work for this customer account
Bilingual is a plus!
