📢 We’re Hiring – Marine Detailing Crew 🚤✨

New Bright Marine Detailing (Miami & Keys) is looking for motivated crew members to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Washdowns, polishing, and detailing of boats & yachts
• Learn advanced skills (buffing/compounding, etc.) with paid training
• Work outdoors on the water in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
• Competitive pay with opportunities for raises as skills are mastered
• Bonuses for quality and timeliness
• Growth path: start as Marine Detailing Assistant and advance to Lead Technician
• Travel pay when jobs are in the Keys

Who We’re Looking For:
• Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to commute to Miami (Keys trips occasional, with travel compensation)
• Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
