At DSD Motorsports & Resto Mod Garage, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your continued support and trust. We take great pride in being able to build and restore so many incredible vehicles — from classic cars and trucks to motorcycles and boats. Your passion fuels our passion, and we are truly grateful for it.
To ensure that every project receives the attention it deserves, we must kindly remind all customers of a few important shop policies. These policies are in place not to inconvenience anyone, but to allow us to maintain the high standards of craftsmanship and service that define our work.
🔹 Appointments Are Required:
We strongly recommend that all new customers set up an appointment before visiting. For first-time visitors who may not yet be familiar with this policy, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, once we begin working together, all visits must be scheduled in advance.
🔹 Unscheduled Drop-Ins:
If a customer stops by without a prescheduled appointment, a $400 charge will be added to their bill to cover the interruption in workflow. A second occurrence will result in the project being released as-is. We understand this may sound firm, but unexpected interruptions take valuable time away from other ongoing projects and slow down our overall production.
🔹 Why This Policy Matters:
The custom automotive industry is currently facing a nationwide shortage of highly skilled craftsmen. As a small, specialized team producing high-end, high-quality work, our time must be spent hands-on with your projects — not constantly stopping and restarting. When appointments are respected, we can dedicate our full attention to each customer and maintain the excellence we’re known for.
Please also remember that “fast” and “cheap” are not part of our vocabulary. Quality craftsmanship takes time, precision, and pride. Cutting corners is simply not an option at DSD Motorsports & Resto Mod Garage.
By scheduling ahead, you allow us to properly prepare for your visit, provide a relaxed and focused experience, and ensure that other customers’ appointments are not disrupted. It’s a system built on mutual respect — and it helps us deliver the kind of results you’ll be proud to show off for years to come.
