This morning’s walk through the wetlands at Chippewa Nature Center was full of amazing wildlife sightings! Our Bushnell R3 8x32 binoculars were the perfect companion for the trail, giving us incredible close-up views of sandhill cranes, waterfowl, and several other animals along the way. Lightweight, clear, and easy to carry for a morning of exploring outdoors.

Spring migration at Tawas Point State Park did not disappoint this weekend! The Bushnell R3 8x42 Binoculars gave us some incredible close-up views of warblers, shorebirds, and other migratory birds all along the point. Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there! We celebrated the day with lunch from Old World Pizzeria! Stacie loves their cheesecake so it just made sense to have some amazing pizza before grabbing some dessert. We also made a stop at micreamsugar for some delicious homemade ice cream!

What a beautiful sunny morning for the Friday Bird Walk at Chippewa Nature Center! ☀️🐦 We had a great time exploring the trails, spotting migratory birds returning for the season, and enjoying nature with an awesome group of people. Spring migration is such an exciting time to get outside and see what birds are passing through Michigan! 🌿

If you’ve never joined before, the bird walks take place every Friday in May from 8am–10am at the Nature Center. It’s a great way to get outdoors, learn about local and migratory birds, and spend a peaceful morning in nature.

Our latest Adventure Anywhere video is live!

We headed to the Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival in Shepherd, Michigan where we ran the 5K together, explored the downtown car show, and ran into our friend John from Hundeholz Adventures and his awesome 1980 GMC 3500 overland build that he’ll be driving to Alaska later this year!

This was such a fun small-town Michigan adventure and a great day making memories together.

This past weekend was another busy but rewarding one for us! Adalyn and I ran the Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival 5k Saturday morning. Sunday afternoon we helped out at the CMMBA trail day clearing saplings and overhanging branches from a few miles of mountain bike trails.
